Child safety standards
Last updated: 20 August 2026.
LynqUp has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page is our publicly published standard for Google Play and users.
1. Our policy
It is prohibited to create, share, solicit, store, or otherwise use LynqUp for any content or conduct that sexually abuses, exploits, or endangers minors.
This includes CSAM, grooming, sexualization of minors, trafficking, and any attempt to contact a minor for sexual purposes.
LynqUp is a store loyalty program, not a social network or dating service. These standards still apply to all accounts, support messages, store content, and other use of the platform.
2. Age
LynqUp is not intended for children under 15. Registration requires a date of birth. If we learn an account belongs to a child under that age, we deactivate it and remove or anonymize personal data.
3. How to report
In the app: Settings → Child safety → Send report. This opens an email to support@lynq-up.rs.
Outside the app, email support@lynq-up.rs with the subject “Report: child safety”. Describe what you saw, when, and the account email or name if you know it. Do not attach CSAM.
In emergencies, contact the police (in Serbia, 192) and emergency services if a child is in immediate danger.
4. What we do after a report
Child safety reports are treated as a priority. We review available data, remove content, suspend or delete accounts, and retain records needed for an investigation.
Where required by law, we report to competent authorities in the Republic of Serbia (Ministry of Interior / high-tech crime units) and other bodies, including the NCMEC CyberTipline when applicable.
5. Contact
Point of contact for CSAM prevention and compliance questions: support@lynq-up.rs.
