Terms of Use
Last updated: 24 July 2026.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the LynqUp mobile app, website, and all related services. By registering, downloading the app, or using the platform, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms.
1. The service
LynqUp lets customers collect points by scanning fiscal receipts at partner stores and redeem rewards, promotions, challenges, and other benefits.
Partners can run loyalty programs, manage offer catalogs, marketing, analytics, and reward verification — without mandatory POS integration.
2. Account and registration
You must create an account with accurate information to use the app. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account.
LynqUp never asks for your password via email or phone. You must be at least 15 years old to register and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
We may refuse, suspend, or delete an account in case of Terms violations or suspected abuse.
3. Customer rules
Points are awarded only based on valid fiscal receipts and each store’s rules. The partner determines point amounts.
Each receipt can only be scanned once. Forging receipts, sharing accounts for abuse, or attempted fraud is prohibited.
If the QR code is unreadable, you may enter the fiscal receipt details for manual review. Decisions after manual review are final within platform rules.
Points, rewards, and promotions may have expiry dates or additional rules visible in the app before redemption.
4. Point sharing, challenges, and rewards
Point sharing lets you transfer points to other users according to rules shown in the app at the time of sharing.
Challenges, promotions, and birthday rewards may have specific terms published by the partner or platform. Participation implies acceptance of those terms.
Rewards are redeemed in store via QR code or number in the app, verified by staff within 15 minutes of display.
5. Partner rules
Store owners and staff use the app to manage loyalty programs, verify redeemed rewards, and communicate with members.
Partners are responsible for accurate store data, tax ID, offers, and customer communication. Rewards and promotions must be deliverable and comply with applicable laws.
Staff access is limited to assigned stores. Partners are responsible for staff actions within the platform.
6. Prohibited conduct
Prohibited: impersonation, submitting fake receipts, automated scanning, point manipulation, harassing other users, unauthorized system access, copying platform content without permission, and using the service unlawfully.
Violations may result in account suspension, voided points, and reporting to authorities where required.
7. Intellectual property
All platform content — design, logo, software, text, and databases — is protected by LynqUp or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without written consent.
8. Availability and changes
We strive to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or force majeure may temporarily limit access.
Features, point rules, and these Terms may change. We will notify users of material changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Limitation of liability
LynqUp facilitates loyalty programs between customers and partners. Partners are responsible for product quality, in-store service, and fulfilling rewards unless law requires otherwise.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LynqUp is not liable for indirect damage, data loss due to circumstances beyond our control, or user input errors.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Unused points may be voided according to store and platform rules.
We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, unpaid partner obligations, or end of cooperation with a store.
11. Privacy
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy at lynq-up.rs. By using the service, you confirm you have read that policy.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes will first be resolved amicably; otherwise, courts in Belgrade have jurisdiction unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
